These Terms & Conditions Lucky55 Applies to the platform (https://lucky55.run) and all related services, applications, and mobile platforms. By creating an account or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. Lucky55 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified accordingly.

To open an account with Lucky55, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years Age verification is required and you may be asked to provide a national ID or passport.
• You are the sole One Account You may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same mobile number or device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Your payment method (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) must be registered in your own name.
• If online betting is prohibited under the laws of your country, you are not permitted to register.

Lucky55 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit limit is set in accordance with Lucky55 notices.
• Instant deposits are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Depositing via third-party payment accounts is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed in an average of 3 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the member's own verified payment account.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Lucky55 may temporarily hold withdrawals for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

All bonuses and promotional offers at Lucky55 are subject to the following general terms. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once at the time of first deposit.
• Wagering requirement: Withdrawing a bonus typically requires wagering 10x–30x the bonus amount. Exact requirements are listed on each bonus page.
• Bonus validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or coordinated betting will result in immediate account termination.

All betting and gaming activities on Lucky55 are conducted under the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, Lucky55 will investigate and issue a fair decision.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Game outcomes on Lucky55 are determined by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) and are audited by a third party.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed will apply.
• Lucky55 reserves the right to void any bet where there is a clear error in the odds or game result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Lucky55:

• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder funds obtained from illegal sources through Lucky55.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to artificially manipulate the outcome of a match or event.
• Software Abuse: Using bots, automation, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Multiple accounts created under the same person's name or within a family for the purpose of sharing bonuses.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Attempting unauthorized access to Lucky55's systems.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

Lucky55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms, particularly involvement in prohibited activities outlined in Section 06.
• If you register using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• The member requests to close their own account.

If an account is closed without any breach of rules, the remaining balance will be refunded to the member. In cases of rule violations, funds may be forfeited.

• Our support team aims to resolve all issues within 72 hours.
• If the resolution is unsatisfactory, independent mediation is available.
